In existence since 2003, the Simpson College Jazz Combo camp provides an intensive experience for middle and high school students, ages 12 - 19, looking to gain skills and appreciation in jazz and improvisation. Our world-class faculty includes some of the most respected jazz educators in the United States. During the week, students will receive daily theory classes, instrumental technique workshops, and have plenty of time to make music with friends! The week culminates in a final performance in Simpson College’s historic Great Hall. For more information or to register, visit https://musicatsimpson.wixsite.com/jazzcamp.
